Coconut Jelly

Method

Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with 1 cup (250ml) boiling water. Stir to dissolve well.

Add 200ml coconut and pour into clear serving glasses. Stir and refrigerate until firm.

Jelly will separate out into a clear layer and a white layer.

Hints

Serve topped with a little bit of desiccated coconut.
