Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tbsp (40ml) boiling water
- 1 x 85g packet your favourite Aeroplane Original Jelly Original Flavour*
- 250g packet approx 32 plain biscuits (Ginger nut, Arrowroot, Marie, etc)
Method
Place the icing sugar in a small mixing bowl and mix with the boiling water until smooth. Allow to cool and thicken slightly.
Pour your chosen Aeroplane Original Jelly Crystals onto a dinner plate. Spread the icing on the face of a biscuit, then invert and dip iced side into crystals, pressing gently.
Place iced side up on a tray to set. Repeat with all remaining biscuits, icing and jelly crystals.
Hints
To make stripes, lay two jelly flavours or more out on a plate and dip.
