Love that Lychee JellyThis uniquely flavoured Asian fruit is the perfect essence for your Aeroplane Create a Jelly.
- 12 lychees
- 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Create a Jelly
- 250 ml boiling water
- 200 ml apple and pear juice
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Cream to serve
- Divide lychees evenly between 4 serving glasses.
- Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with 250ml boiling water. Stir and dissolve well. Stir in fruit juices and brown sugar and divide between 4 glasses.
- Place in the refrigerator until set, then serve topped with cream.
