No Fuss Lime PieAll the zesty flavour that has made the traditional Key Lime Pie such an international favourite, without the time consuming preparation.
- 1 x 20cm ready-made pastry shell
- 1 x 9 g Aeroplane Jelly Lite Lime Jelly
- 1/3 375 ml can lite evaporated milk
- Zest and juice of 1 lime, plus extra zest for topping
- 1/3 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
- Combine Aeroplane Jelly Lite Lime jelly crystals and 1/2 cup (125ml) boiling water. Stir until crystals dissolve.
- Beat jelly, milk, lime zest and juice together until combined.
- Pour mixture onto prepared base and smooth top.
- Chill for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Serve with low fat vanilla yoghurt and top with zest
