Mango PancakesFresh and fruity, these pancakes are bursting with sunshine. Mango slices and our original Orange and Mango Jelly all wrapped in ready-made crepes and ready to eat!
- 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Naturals Orange Mango Jelly
- 8 (400g packet) ready-made crepes
- 1 x 425g can sliced mango in juice, drained
- 1 x 300g yoghurt (mango and orange or passionfruit)
- Dissolve Aeroplane Naturals Orange Mango Jelly Crystals with 300ml boiling water, and then pour into a small shallow dish. Place jelly in freezer for 30 minutes or until set but not frozen.
- Once Jelly has set, remove from freezer and dish. Cut into 8 thick slices.
- Place a crepe onto a flat clean dry surface, then top with a slice of mango and a slice of Orange Mango Jelly and fold in edges and roll up to resemble a thick roll.
- Serve pancake cut in half on the diagonal to show filling and dollop with yoghurt.
