Mango Pancakes

Fresh and fruity, these pancakes are bursting with sunshine. Mango slices and our original Orange and Mango Jelly all wrapped in ready-made crepes and ready to eat!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Dissolve Aeroplane Naturals Orange Mango Jelly Crystals with 300ml boiling water, and then pour into a small shallow dish. Place jelly in freezer for 30 minutes or until set but not frozen.
  2. Once Jelly has set, remove from freezer and dish. Cut into 8 thick slices.
  3. Place a crepe onto a flat clean dry surface, then top with a slice of mango and a slice of Orange Mango Jelly and fold in edges and roll up to resemble a thick roll.
  4. Serve pancake cut in half on the diagonal to show filling and dollop with yoghurt.

When in season use 2 fresh mangoes, peeled and sliced
