Aeroplane Jelly Lite Port Wine
A delightful port wine flavoured jelly treat that is delicious and refreshingly guilt free.
1. Empty contents of ONE sachet into a heatproof bowl and add 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water. Stir and dissolve well.
2. Add 1 cup (250ml) of cold water and stir.
3. Chill until set (minimum 4 hours). Makes 500ml of Jelly.
DO NOT ADD FRESH PINEAPPLE, KIWI FRUIT OR PAW PAW AS JELLY WILL NOT SET.

Serving suggestion: Add jelly to your favourite trifle recipe or serve with fresh berries.
