An indulgent take on a classic dessert. Serve with cream and Cherry Ripe chocolate for a decadent treat.
INGREDIENTS 8 SERVINGS
- 1 x 85 g Aeroplane Original Raspberry Flavour Jelly
- ½ 400 g can pitted black dark cherries, drained
- ⅓ 250 g packet mini chocolate Swiss roll sponge, sliced
- 2 cups (500 mL) thick chocolate custard
- 300 mL thickened cream, whipped
- 55 g Cherry Ripe chocolate bar, cut into 12 triangles
- 8 fresh cherries
- 1 Prepare the Aeroplane Original Raspberry Flavoured Jelly according to pack instructions, and refrigerate until set.
- 2 Spoon set Raspberry Jelly in the bottom of 8 individual glass dishes and top with cherries.
- 3 Place sponge slices over the cherries and spoon on top the chocolate custard.
- 4 Top with cream, Cherry Ripe and cherries, as desired.
