See how the magic of Orange and Mango turns everybody’s favourite cheesecake into a fresh new flavour experience.
- 1 Line the base of a 20cm round spring-form pan with baking paper.
- 2 Mix together biscuits and melted butter. Press biscuit mix into base of prepared tin. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
- 3 Combine both packets of Aeroplane Jelly Lite Orange Mango jelly crystals with 2 cups (500ml) boiling water. Stir until crystals dissolve.
- 4 Beat cream cheese and cream with electric mixer until smooth. Add cooled jelly and beat until combined
- 5 Pour cheesecake mixture onto prepared base and smooth top.
- 6 Chill for 2-3 hours until firm.
- 7 To serve, top with fresh mango and orange slices.
