INGREDIENTS 6 SERVINGS
- 1 x 85 g Aeroplane Natural Colours & Flavours – Raspberry Flavoured Jelly
- 2 x 65 g Aeroplane Creamy Chocolate Mousse Mix
- 1 x 200 g packet chocolate brownies, crushed
- 500 g fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
- ½ cup (125 mL) thickened cream, whipped
- 1 Prepare Aeroplane Natural Raspberry Flavoured Jelly according to pack instructions and refrigerate until set (approximately 4 hours). Use a fork to break up jelly.
- 2 Prepare Aeroplane Creamy Chocolate Mousse Mix according to pack instructions.
- 3 Into the bottom of 6 individual dessert glasses, layer chocolate dessert, crushed jelly, a few raspberries and crushed brownie. Finishing with cream and raspberries.
