Summer Fruit Tarts

INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS 12 small individual tarts SERVINGS

  • 1 x 85g Aeroplane Original Raspberry Flavour Jelly
  • 300 ml chilled vanilla flavoured custard (double thick)
  • 12 Sweet Pastry Tart Cases (5cm round approx)
  • 100 g Mixed Summer Fruits, chopped (we used Blueberries)

PREPARATION

  • 1 Prepare Aeroplane Original Jelly Raspberry Jelly according to pack instructions, refrigerate and allow to set (approximately 4 hours)
  • 2 Spoon custard evenly into the bottom of the tart cases and top with crushed jelly and fruits.
