A simple and easy little treat, that is perfect for everyone. You won't stop at just one of our Summer Fruit Tarts!
INGREDIENTS 12 small individual tarts SERVINGS
- 1 x 85g Aeroplane Original Raspberry Flavour Jelly
- 300 ml chilled vanilla flavoured custard (double thick)
- 12 Sweet Pastry Tart Cases (5cm round approx)
- 100 g Mixed Summer Fruits, chopped (we used Blueberries)
- 1 Prepare Aeroplane Original Jelly Raspberry Jelly according to pack instructions, refrigerate and allow to set (approximately 4 hours)
- 2 Spoon custard evenly into the bottom of the tart cases and top with crushed jelly and fruits.
