PREPARATION
- 1 Empty contents of Aeroplane Lite Custard Mix sachet into a LARGE (2-3 L capacity) microwave safe bowl. Add 1½ cups (375 mL) of lite milk and slowly whisk the mixture until well combined.
- 2 Place in microwave* and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Remove and gently whisk the mixture for approximately 30 seconds.
- 3 Return to microwave and cook a further 3 minutes. Again, remove and whisk for another 30 seconds or until smooth. For a thicker custard allow custard to cool for at least 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
