Keto Friendly Jelly Lite Whip

This jelly lite whip is a quick, easy and importantly, a healthy dessert that only needs 2 basic ingredients, jelly lite and yoghurt!

PREPARATION

  • 1 Whip the yoghurt in a large bowl, with an electric mixer for 5 minutes on high until it's light & fluffy.
  • 2 Meanwhile, add ½ cup (125 mL) boiling water to the Jelly crystals in a small bowl, stirring until dissolved then add ½ cup (125 mL) iced water.
  • 3 Add the jelly mixture to the yoghurt, and whip for a further for 8-10 minutes on high until combined and fluffy.
  • 4 Pour into small bowls or ramekins and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve with fresh mango.
