All the zesty flavour that has made the traditional Key Lime Pie such an international favourite, without the time consuming preparation.
- 1 Combine Aeroplane Jelly Lite Lime jelly crystals and ½ cup (125 mL) boiling water. Stir until crystals dissolve.
- 2 Beat jelly, milk, lime zest and juice together until combined.
- 3 Pour mixture onto prepared base and smooth top.
- 4 Chill for 2-3 hours until firm.
- 5 Serve with low fat vanilla yoghurt and top with zest
