Vanilla Berry Panna Cotta

PREPARATION

  • 1 Combine Aeroplane Jelly Lite Vanilla Berry jelly crystals and ½ cup (125 mL) boiling water. Stir until crystals dissolve.
  • 2 Add milk and cream and stir until combined.
  • 3 Gently pour prepared jelly mixture into 4 Panna Cotta moulds. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  • 4 To serve; dip moulds very quickly into hot water then un-mould by inverting onto serving plates. Top with fresh berries (if desired).
