Mocha Tiramisu Cups

This low fat, fuss free take on the tiramisu is truly Bellissimo!

  • 8 x No sugar* digestive biscuits, roughly chopped by hand, *We have used sugar free biscuits, however you could use regular digestive biscuits
  • ½ cup (60 g) walnuts, roasted and chopped
  • 1 x 53 g Aeroplane Lite Chocolate Mousse Mix
  • 200 ml lite milk
  • ⅓ cup (80 mL) espresso coffee (or strong black instant coffee)
  • 1 cup (250 g) low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 100 g dark chocolate finely grated


  • 1 Combine biscuits and walnuts in a bowl.
  • 2 Prepare Aeroplane Lite Chocolate Mousse as per pack instructions
  • 3 Divide half of the biscuit mixture between 4 serving glasses. Tap to condense the crumbs and drizzle over 2 teaspoons of coffee. Top each cup with 2 heaped tablespoons of mousse, then 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Repeat layers with remaining biscuit mixture, coffee, mousse and yogurt.
  • 4 Sprinkle a generous layer of grated chocolate on the top of each serving and refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve.
