PREPARATION
- 1 Place the icing sugar in a small mixing bowl and mix with the boiling water until smooth. Allow to cool and thicken slightly.
- 2 Pour the Aeroplane Pineapple jelly crystals onto a dinner plate. Spread the icing on the face of a biscuit, then invert and dip iced side into crystals, pressing gently.
- 3 Place iced side up on a tray to set. Repeat with all remaining biscuits, icing and jelly crystals.
