Sourz Peach Fizz Creaming Soda Spider

PREPARATION

  • 1 Freeze 4 tall soda glasses for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • 2 In a medium bowl add the Aeroplane Sourz Peach Fizz Jelly Crystals and then carefully pour in the boiling water, stir until dissolved. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until soft set.
  • 3 Once jelly has set, remove ice-cream from freezer to soften slightly.
  • 4 Roughly break up the jelly and spoon 2 tablespoons into the bottom of each frozen glass. Carefully pour raspberry creaming soda on top of jelly until glass is ¾ full.
  • 5 Top each glass with two scoops of vanilla ice-cream.
  • 6 Note the ice cream will cause the liquid to “dramatically” fizz over the glass, so place carefully.
  • 7 Top ice-cream with an additional 1 teaspoon of Sourz Peach Fizz Jelly.
  • 8 Use a straw and a parfait spoon to enjoy.
  • 9 Tips:
    • Try substituting with different flavoured Aeroplane Sourz Jelly and other soft drinks, like cola or sprite.
