PREPARATION

  • 1 Pick the grapes off the stem into a colander and rinse them well under cold water. Drain but do not dry.
  • 2 Pour the sour jelly crystals into a bowl.
  • 3 Roll the grapes in the jelly crystals until fully coated, transfer to a plate, repeat with remaining grapes and jelly crystals. Place in the fridge to chill allowing the crystals to stick to the grape.
  • 4 Repeat step 3, for a total of 3 times or until fully coated.
  • 5 Enjoy chilled.
